How to Prepopulate information based on survey option

Using Survey123. I have a Pond ID number in which I then want to automatically populate its design level for the permanent pool elevation(PPE). Its seems basic, give an input of what pond you are investigating and it will give the survey taker a value at which the pond water level should be at. I cant figure it out. The next step after this is completed is to have it run calculations in the background of how much water is discharged, however im taking small steps😂

I don't know a lot about that web designer thing. But I don't think you can do much with it beyond very basic forms.  Use Survey123 connect, XLSforms workflow instead.  Pulldata will be what you want,  probably @layer.
