How do I prepopulate editable fields from one field?

I am creating a Bus Stop Survey form.  The data is structured as a table in Oracle, I've selected a range of stops and hosted them on ArcGIS Online as a Feature Service.  Once I export these as a .csv how do I create a form that will populate editable forms based on the stop selection?  Also, the feature has existing geometries, is there a way to update the existing geometry?  This is less of a big deal since I intend to collect these using Collector.

Hi Eric,

You can include the CSV file as a resource with the survey and populate values using the pulldata command.  I'd recommend looking at the 'Calculate location form CSV' sample in Survey123 Connect.
