Host layers not accesable

I have a problem with creating the dashboard. The classic dashboard was great, but now it looks like it's not accessible. Now I created a survey and copied the URL to create a dashboard but I am getting messages that layers are not accessible I have screenshot the message What I can do?

Can you access the item details page of the layer? Can you access that layer from the rest endpoint?

Thanks i have created a host view and the URL worked  so all sorted
