Hiding pages using relevant. How to get rid of blank pages?

I have a number of groups that I want to open as pages using the field-list option, based off a relevancy. The goal is to have one form that allows field crews to select one or more survey types to do (bird survey, vegetation, sensor changes, etc...) and those to open as separate pages.

Right now the form is working as expected with pages turning on when the relevant question is clicked. However, when a survey type is not clicked, a blank page if left in its place, so if the first three types are left turned off, then you need to page over to the fourth page to see the fourth survey type.

How do I hid these pages so that there aren’t a bunch of blanks that need to be sorted through?

Thanks!

For those still looking at this 5 years on, this functionality now exists. See attached xlsx form

Thanks for posting this. The example form couldn't be any simpler and it works when I load it, but I can't replicate the hidden page behavior on my own form for some reason. Is it anything more than just designating 'field-list' for appearance, and then setting the relevant field appropriately?

Simple question fist: Have you also replicated the settings tab?

If that solve the problem, can you describe what is happening? Are you not seeing separate pages, are you seeing separate pages, but they are blank if the relevant choice isn't ticked, something else?

Hi, thanks for the reply! Yes, I double and triple checked and confirmed that I had replicated the settings tab. Turns out my mistake was that I had the begin group/end group pair nested inside another begin group/end group which was preventing/interfering with the correct behavior. When I couldn't get it to work before I opted to nest it inside an existing page but forgot about this when I went back to apply the functionality based on your example. Anyway, thanks for responding and offering to help but problem is solved!
