I keep getting the following error message when I try to unpack a survey in the app on my phone.

Could you please elaborate on what you mean by 'unpack'?
When adding surveys to the S123 Mobile App, you do so via a URL or QR Code. I have seen many errors during this process, but not that one.
Low on space maybe? Old app?
I also wonder if it may be a networking error? Some of our office's wifi causes issues downloading surveys. I tell them to disconnect from the office wifi and try again, and it always works.
