Feature Service submission url not compatible with survey (missing service item id) help

I am trying to publish a survey on survey 123 connection using an existing feature service and I keep getting this error. Before I was getting an invalid token 498 error which I think I fixed and now this. What am I doing wrong?  I have attached a photo of my error and what my submission url looks like in my settings.  thank you!

Hi Sarah,

It looks like you are using the feauture service URL instead of feature service's item:

Use Survey123 with existing feature services—Survey123 for ArcGIS | Documentation 

Pay attention to the url link, it should be https://<your portal>/sharing/rest/content/items/<your_item_id>
