Extra Blank Pages in Survey123 Web Form Using Pages Style

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a Survey123 form using Survey123 Connect (version 3.22.49), which is intended to be used in a web browser. I'm developing in an ArcGIS Enterprise 11.4 environment.

In the settings sheet, I have the style set to pages (or pages dynamic grid). The survey is organized into four groups, each with the field-list appearance.

However, when I open the survey in the web app, it shows six pages — the last two are completely blank. I suspect this might be related to the presence of two repeats inside of the groups.

Has anyone experienced something similar? Could the repeats inside a field-list group be causing the web form to render additional blank pages? Is there a recommended way to structure groups and repeats to avoid this issue?

Any insights or suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I had a extra page appear when I was trying out some of the Custom Form Elements .  I don't remember exactly which but the extra page didn't show in connect but showed up in the webapp.

Yep. I don't have a good solution for you though... I only have a few forms (out of hundreds) that require use in the web environment. And in all of them, I experienced that exact issue. My solution was to say fudge it and get rid of the pages layout entirely. Single page works fine. Trying to troubleshoot was too annoying.
