extend column list

I am currently building a rather long survey in Connect with a large number of potential questions.

I am currently up to row 615 in the form and I have noticed that the column names and dropdown (ie for appearance) lists are no longer there.  They seem to disappear and stop working after about row 572.

Is there somewhere in the form settings where I can increase/extend this?

Hi 

You should be able to just copy a blank line with the correct dropdowns and constraints to new lines where they seem to dissappear...
