Existing survey won't allow images to be attached on certain devices

I have these surveys that have been published for months and recently that have started not to allow users to add photos to the survey that are found in the Inbox for some devices. But they can add images to the same survey type when they create a new one. Nothing has been changed recently so I'm not sure why the problem just started. They are surveys created from feature layers, the feature layers are being used in the Crowdsource Reporter, once they are submitted in the reporter they go into the survey inbox based on their status. The images are not in a repeater just a group. 

Devices tried Below

Windows computer -  Can't add images

Lenovo Tablet - Can add images

Samsung Phone - Can add images

Iphone - Can't add images

Ipad - Can add images

Google Pixel - Can add images

Bug in the last release that was fixed yesterday.  See here   https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/disadvantages-in-the-latest-version-of-the/... 

Just update and you should be ok hopefully.

Update the app or refresh each survey?

Update the app.  Prob why you are seeing some devices work and others not.
