I have form with more than 2000 records and I want to edit some fields. I am trying to download it using connect but its not opening. I get a message that the download was successful but I cannot access the excel file. Anyone with an idea of how I can go around this problem
What version of Connect and the field app are you using? Was the original survey form created in Connect, if so what version, or in the web designer?
Do you get an error when you try and download the form in Connect, if so can you share the error, or can you enable the Diagnostics logs from the Settings menu, so we can obtain further information or error info.
Are you signed in as the same user that created the survey form, to try and download it again in connect?
