Citizen Problem Reporter - Missing Shared maps

I created a 311 app based off the general citizen problem reporter steps and it was working just fine. However, I was recently asked to add a new category to the app, and after following the steps and sharing it to the proper groups, the map will not show up in the app category list. Is there anything the app also draws from to determine what shows on the app? I ensured it was added to the domains, that it has symbology, and that it is shared publicly/is editable. 

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @BethRossi ,

I'm not quite sure I understand the issue.  If the issue is that the new category does not display in the map, you may need to add the new category to the Feature Service's list of values for that field - see https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/define-attribute-lists-and-ranges.htm for more information.

Sorry for the confusion, and the late response. After some time away from the project, I was informed that I hadn't created a pop up, and therefore it wasn't displaying in the app. It's displaying now.
