I've noticed there was a new push to production yesterday. With that, our ArcGIS Dashboards applications are not connecting to the appropriate Survey123 forms, so we are unable to use the application for the intended purpose, in this case FIRE INCIDENT RESPONSE in Texas.
Please advise at your earliest convenience, since its resolution is time sensitive.
I was having a similar issue this morning, but it just resolved now! I think it came from ESRI's back end due to the update they are executing today.
