Address Text and Point Geometry

We are working in the Enterprise, not ArcGIS Online.  In Survey123, the address with the option to click address text and geometry point, doesn't appear to work in the Enterprise.  When I enter an address, I get the same point no matter the address.  Is this because we are in the Enterprise or am I doing something wrong?  Thank you.
