I would like to included the URL Scheme hyperlinks within a survey in order to toggle to other surveys, in a way mimicking subforms.  Is there a way to include a clickable hyperlink in a form?

Hi Tucker,

You can embed the urls as notes if it's a static link to simply open the form.  Survey123 currently doesn't support dynamic generation of the links (for example, including form data from one link to another)  There are a few user experience issues with this approach though:

- Users will be leaving the original form partly completed when moving to the next form and may forget to complete/submit the original form

- Users will need to have all forms downloaded if this is a low connectivity/disconnected environment

There will also be a possible data management issue of linking the surveys together through informal relationships (vs. relationship classes with parent / repeats).

Hi James Tedrick‌ has there been any functionality added in regard to dynamic link generation?

Hi Chris,

It is now technically possible to create a dynamic link (using the concat() function), but the user experience issues mentioned above would still present a practical problem to using a link in this manner.

Anyway you can link multiple surveys together without experiencing the issues posted about in 2017?
