Hello.  Is there a way to access the data table/records for Survey123 outside of ArcGIS Portal?  We have a survey built in Connect that has several forms submitted creating the records.  Currently, our Portal site is down, and our user cannot access the Survey data.  Is there a way to access the data, outside of Portal, and create a spreadsheet?  Thanks in advance.

No, there is not. Even though your surveys use arcgis.com, the portalURL parameter just passes your requests forward to your portal, so there is no "in-between" place where the data is being stored. It's in your portal, or it's not.

If your user has a survey with Inbox capability, they could at least see the data from the last time they synced, but you'd have a lot of fiddling to do to get that into a spreadsheet.

Is the machine still available? If the various parts are still responding, just not the Portal, maybe you could remote into the machine running the Data Store and query out the data you need?

Yes, you can access the S123 data collected outside of Portal by connecting directly to the ArcGIS Data Store PostgreSQL DB through a third party program like PGAdmin. It's something that I do all the time and is relatively easy to do.
