When using a survey with a large number of questions and a submission URL, it can be difficult to find where schema changes need to be applied. When users go to re-publish a survey, the message will just tell the developer that X number of questions are missing from the schema, but not which one. It would be really useful to have the dialog list the field/questions that are actually missing. Some of our surveys have several hundred questions.
I would concur that this would be HIGHLY useful. My survey is only 15 questions, but trying to guess which fields I might have forgotten to add to the feature service is extremely annoying and a waste of time. And as far as I can tell, there's no way to circumvent it. The system must know which fields are missing; it should tell us.
I support this idea, extremely useful.
Implemented in the October 2022 release of Survey123.
