(Implemented) Allow Users to Publish Survey123 with Desired Version or Versioning

Hi,

I would love to see a feature that will allow users to publish surveys with earlier versions (at least 1-2 versions?). A versioning feature that will allow users to restore and roll back to the previous version. 

I am very afraid of using Survey123 to create a public facing application for our residents now, since random issues can just corrupt your surveys without notifications and proactively being reached out by Esri Inc.

Please make Survey123 a more stable product.

Thanks a lot for the information that you have provided me.

I found that I can control the version that my survey use by using the previous version.

It's very handy! and resolve my current issue with the survey has already published with 3.17.
