Allow the following settings to be customized within the app
- Copy favourites answers - give the option to remove this
- copy and pasting of sent forms or forms in the inbox - give option to be removed
The reason being operatives in the field are tempted to use it to speed up their job and in doing so often disregard or miss steps or end up submitting duplicate information
