ArcGIS StoryMaps- Collections- Show Map- Ability To Set Initial Zoom Scale of Map

Hello StoryMaps Team, 

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not seeing a way to configure the initial zoom scale of the StoryMap Collection Map. 

This functionality does exist in other configurations of the StoryMaps platform, and I'd like to see this functionality here too. 

Justification- Sometimes  the locations of the StoryMap Collection points don't show the entire picture/area of interest. For example, our StoryMap is about major rivers in the Metropolitan area of Minnesota, we would like to see the full extent of our map and watersheds so users can better understand the context.
