I would like to provide our staff with a trail map we've created and give them the ability to create stop points along the trail in an express map (these stop points will change).
@SturgeonWest -- For now, we do not have plans for this. We are trying to keep express maps focused with a very simple set of tools and use cases since there are many other mapping options in ArcGIS.
There are some other things that you could look into that might work for you.
You can bring in your own web map (with all its layers) into a map tour. For your needs (creating trail stops), that might work.
