http://maps.cityoftulsa.org/MapGallery/
This URL is for our Map Gallery for the City of Tulsa. It has been working without a glitch until today. I'm getting a 503 error suddenly stating that 'groups' is the unavailable service and I'm confused. Does anyone have any ideas?

bokeefe I was seeing the same loading issues a few minutes ago. As I started troubleshooting the app seemed to start loading correctly again. Can you clear your browser cache and let me know if you are still seeing this issue?
I checked ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard and nothing seems out of the ordinary, but they did do updates late night. I'm assuming this gallery is ArcGIS Online based?
The ArcGIS.com system will be undergoing maintenance on September 20th, 2017 between the times of 5pm and midnight PST. While we don't anticipate any significant downtime, you may experience some minimal disruption during this maintenance period.
FWIW - in Firefox I'm just getting the header and a blank popup with an "OK" button. Using the developer tools, after hitting the OK, I'm getting an error about a font not being available (404 error)

and a 503 - service unavailable error.
In case that helps any.
Tagging ArcGIS Online but you may want to contact tech support too.
I just read this response more closely. Notice the // in the sharing URL that is causing the 503 error. I think this is likely because there is a slash at the end of the provided portal URL. This was causing us issues following last night's update, but we have resolved it. Let me know if you see any further issues.
I posted the response, but didn't catch that myself. Glad that is fixed now....probably would affect others too.

bokeefe I just rechecked your site after Allison's reply, (without clearing my browser cache) and you page is working for me again too. Probably was an AGOL hiccup (or you changed something).
