Getting error when trying to use Create Fishnet in ArcMap 10.4 (ArcGIS Desktop)

Hello,

I am trying to use the 'Create fishnet' tool on ArcGIS for Desktop in ArcMap 10.4. The following image pops up. Does anyone know how to fix this or work around it? Thanks in advance for the help/ideas!  

Edit: In case it helps/makes a difference, I have it running on Windows 7 Professional.
