Hi all! I just discovered the GIS Request Management Solution, which may solve one of my biggest problems. I have deployed it on our Enterprise 11.3 (where all staff have access), but at this moment, I can only access Survey123 Connect with my AGOL account (where we only have very few licences, so not an option for company wide use).
I have tried to send the forms that need amending through our collaboration, but that doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have a workaround where I can get the form into Surver123, edit it and then get it back into our Enterprise version?

Are you sure you can't access your Enterprise Portal in Survey 123 Connect?
Open Survey 123 Connect on your machine - make sure you have the latest version.
In the top right, click on your profile picture/icon, go to Settings.
Click add connection - add your portal address to connect.

But I still don't think I'm fully understanding. Are you trying to share forms between AGOL and Enterprise?
