Hi @LaurenAlt - We've included in the documentation for configuring GIS Request Management a topic on how to send automatic emails with Microsoft Power Automate. 

If you're doing this in ArcGIS Enterprise, set up and use the ArcGIS Enterprise connector instead of the standard ArcGIS connector. The rest of the doc steps remain the same.
