Send records automatically?

Is it possible to automatically send Quick Capture records from a device? I'm looking for a way to live stream location data of a moving vehicle to the public using the tools already at my disposal. The tools mainly being ArcGIS Location Sharing licenses (which I can't share those layers publicly) and Quick Capture (which requires consistent interaction from a user). I was hoping there might be a way around having to manually press the "Send" button for the records captured on a device, but have been unable to find anything in the settings.

The QuickCapture mobile app has a setting for autosend:

If you enable it (and select an interval) captured features will be automatically uploaded without user interaction.
