Scan PDF417 QR format in Quickcapture app

In capturing data using a QR scanner in the quick capture app, allow 2D barcode / QR for PDF417 format to scan and capture data into a field in a feature service, using the input dialog box for text field entry.  Current formats supported are: QR CODE, UPC A, UPC E, EAN 8, EAN 13, CODE 39, and CODE 128.  Please include PDF417.
