Text formatting in CreateTextGraphicElement

Hello, I'm using ElementFactory.Instance.CreateTextGraphicElement to create an element with text, and am wondering how I can have the text more formatted, ideally like an HTML table, with columns and rows.

Just using tabs is not going to work, as the length of the different strings can vary.

Layout uses TableFrames. That's the closest equivalent. TableFrames, tho' are tied to layers I believe - not free-form text.
