I want to use the ConvertCoordinate class in ArcGIS Pro by using C#. For this I need the reference DLL named 'Esri.ArcGISRuntime.dll'(as mentioned in the link given below). Where we can get this Esri.ArcGISRuntime.dll file or is there any alternative way to achieve the same by using c#? Kindly suggest.
