Undo a field calculation in ArcPro

How is it possible to undo a field calculation in ArcGIS Pro?  In ArcMap the edit session allow for undo, in ArcPro what is the solution?  There is a solution for this right?  Otherwise field calculations are not safe.

At ArcGIS Pro 2.7 an option was added to have Enable Undo toggled on by default: Geoprocessing options—ArcGIS Pro | Documentation

How do you keep this toggle on?  I'm having to click it on each time - and I would rather just have it on permanently.
