I am trying to make a contour map of the IP values in the attached data sets. I have accomplished this with FL43 and FL44 data sets by using Topo to Raster and then creating a contour from the raster. However, this is not working for the FL45 file. Whenever I use the FL45 file (with the same inputs I used on the others - attached), I get the following errors:

ERROR 010067: Error in executing grid expression.

I tried using the topo to raster with the other data sets again and they work with no problem so I don't think its a memory issue.

Does anybody have a possible troubleshoot?

Thank you for sharing the data.  The issue with the FL45.xlsx file and eventual point feature class is records 2112, 2113, and 2114 have NULL records.  Delete those 3 rows from the point feature class and the Topo to Raster GP tool will execute correctly.

Thank you so much! Could have sworn I sifted through before. That fixed the original error but now I am seeing the following error

ERROR 010029: Unable to create the raster C:\Users\mjh6708\OneDrive\Documents\ArcGIS\Projects\FL43-45 Slices\FL43-45 Slices.gdb\WORK.

Not sure if the data set is cursed or what because the others are still working fine.

Certainly!  I'm glad the original solution worked for you!  With regards to the the 2nd error message, I see you're saving the output to a OneDrive folder.  I know this tends to cause issues with ArcGIS Pro.  When I ran the Topo to Raster tool on my laptop, my output went to Default.gdb on my C: drive for the FL45 feature class.  This triggered no error message.  My suggestion is to have all of the output raster datasets go to your C: drive to see if this resolves the error message.

Yep that worked! Not sure why it was just that one though. I was able to use the same One Drive folder for everything else. Really appreciate the quick help!

I'm glad that it worked out!  I think FL45 is just cursed!  Haha!

All the best!
