Another newbie question, I'm currently trying to download the TPK to create an offline basemap for my mobile map package. However, whenever I try to log in, it just shows this window after and doesn't seem to allow me to progress any further. None of the top tabs work besides the settings cog, which just asks me to select my portal, but wont allow me to do anything besides that. I have a paid subscription, and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application. Am I missing something? Thanks!
