Suitability Modeler does not display criteria raster from the Suitability Tab after saving, closing Pro, and opening again. This bug has been labeled as fixed in version 2.9, but exists at version 3.4.0. The impact is that every time a model is opened it must also be recreated. Even other parameters (Weight by, Parallel Processing Factor, etc) This causes quite a bit of extra work. I'm quite tired of reentering criteria and am worried that models will not be useful for coworkers who might need to replicate results.
See bug details: BUG-000142806 for ArcGIS Pro
Bug evidence at other versions: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-spatial-analyst-questions/re-opening-suitability-model/td-p/115...
Replication steps:
1) Open a Pro project that holds a .sam file/layer.
2) Click on Suitability Model from context window of .sam file in Catalog -or- open model
-or-
3) See missing information. A model that previously held raster criteria is empty.

I'm sorry to hear that you are having a problem.
Could we try to repro it with a small simple case.
1. create a folder, say c:\sumoProblem
2. use CopyRaster and copy 2 rasters into that folder.
3 in a new ArcGIS Pro project
4. from the Analysis ribbon, launch Suitability Modeler
5. on the Suitability tab, use the + icon to browse to this folder and add these 2 rasters
6. transform them
7. Save/Close the Suitability Modeler
8. close ArcGIS Pro without saving
9. in a new ArcGIS Pro project
10. open the .sam created above
11. is all good?

Hi Steve, I've tested as you suggested and see rasters in the test model. I've sent you an email.
