Suitability Map not auto updating

I've been using the Suitability Modeler and found that a key feature which is the suitability map should update every time you change an input is currently not working. As shown in the screenshots i just get a single colour over my model area. However when i run the model the map updates and all is well.

This doesn't happen as often with the transformed datasets which auto update when i use Range of Classes but sometimes when using the Continuous Functions the same thing happens.

As updating on the fly is one of the selling points for this tool i just wanted to know if maybe it is something on my end or is it a bug.
