I’ve been tasked with finding a way to optimize snow plow routes and be able to mark them as complete once they’re done. I’ve done some research and found I could use ArcGIS Velocity to possibly do this but it is a bit pricey. I’ve also seen the Network Analyst extension could help but I haven’t used that extension before.
All the posts I’ve seen have been pretty old I’d like to find an updated solution that doesn’t involve other companies and isn’t too pricey.
If the only solution is to have another company run it please give suggestions to that as well.
