And on those pages there are other links.
Those errors are quite old, is your machine operating system up to date?
I would guess it is internet explorer that is out of date (yeah might be OS too).
IE-based browser is embedded in several places in the app, including this initial sign in screen for your home use ArcGIS Online licensed account.
The javascript errors Dan Patterson mentions are old ArcMap errors that occurred when opening a geoprocessing tool, as in ArcMap days all tool dialogs were html forms.
Thank you for your reply.
I just downloaded the new Microsoft Edge browser and continue to get the same error (same error occurred in Chrome and Explore browsers too). My OS (Windows 10) is all up to date as well.
Not sure what to try next....
try a repair or complete uninstall of Pro, maybe it will get rid of the gremlins, those errors are related to old things
Thanks for the help Dan, those were the first two things I tried.
Matthew Lambert I suspect that you will have to file a Tech Support case to see if they can solve it.
I can't find anything on the Support Site but I am not an employee and they may have more information.
Keep us posted if you find anything.
Drew Flater ... an FYI if you have further thoughts
Thanks Dan, I appreciate your input.
If/ when I am able to get this issue resolved I will post the solution I used on here.
These other browsers will have no impact on Pro, which is hardwired through it's WPF architecture to use Internet Explorer only. IE 11 or above is required. Check the other system requirements here
https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/get-started/arcgis-pro-system-requirements.htm
And use the Can I Run It? link to analyze your system.
Thanks Drew,
I didn't realize that was how Pro was configured. I ran the "Can you run it" and it said I could. I have IE 11 installed on my machine, launching Pro from the app icon or the IE 11 browser still causes the same error to occur.
