Query Layers and Relationship Classes?

Hi all,

I have a feature class and a table in an enterprise gdb. They are related with a relationship class.

My question is this: How do I get the related records to appear in the popup of a query layer based on the origin of the relationship class?

An in-map relate works, but I don't want to use one; my hope is to publish as a service.
