Pro 3.0 won't show feature service

When I reopen a project (aprx) made in Pro 3.0 the feature services I built the map from do not display.  If I id on the map they do ID however no features are displayed on the map.  If I insert a new map, they don't display either.

If I add the features services to a fresh project  they do display.

Feature service is from ArcGIS Server 10.7.1  Everything worked fine in ArcGIS Pro 2.9

AWESOME!  Glad other people have discovered and talked with ESRI about it.  I'm hopeful for the patch, but working in 2.9 has been fine too!  I hope all the problems disappear!

One more update- looks like Esri has addressed this in Pro 3.1: 

Updates have been made to the following defect which you are associated with:
BUG-000152000 - Geometry of secured feature services added from a standalone ArcGIS Server does not render in ArcGIS Pro 3.0.x.

Version Fixed: 3.1
Additional Information: This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.

Great to hear, when will it be released?  Latest I can get is Pro 3.0.3  Thank you ESRI for fixing this!
