I cannot find the documentation for changing the numeric breaks from "<=" symbology to the intuitive "1-20, 21-40" type ranges. I've done it before, but CANNOT remember what I did to set that up.
I looked up the discussion from when it was not implemented and found the comment from Kory Kramer:

I went to that link, but there's so much unrelated content that I can't find what I need. Can someone advise? I am currently using ArcGIS Pro 2.8
