Pro getting stuck exporting to PDF

Anyone else having trouble exporting to PDF? This issue seems to be dependent of basemap. The export bar spins and spins, but doesn't finish or takes over an hour. Print to PDF will work once and then won't work after that. I am on 2.9 with both patches installed.

I'm not aware of any "general" issue with exporting to PDF. I would have to have more specifics on what you are exporting and your specific workflow in order to investigate. Can you contact Esri Support? They are better equipped to handle troubleshooting steps and gather bug data. They can be contacted at https://support.esri.com/en/contact-tech-support.
