Hi Everyone,

I am using ArcGIS Pro 2.60. I am trying to calculate the area of overlap between features found in two polygon layers. What I ultimately need is a table where the name of the features in one layer are listed along with a measure of the area of overlap each named feature has with the polygons in the second layer.  Do folks know of a tool I can use to find this information efficiently? Thank you so much.

Tabulate Intersection will do the job efficiently, but according to the documentation, you'll need at least ArcGIS Pro 2.8

Note: looks like this tool requires an Advanced license.

The license level was problematic when I was working as all installations had a Basic license deployed by default but staff could switch to a scarce Advanced license (and extension licenses) if available and then forgot or declined to switch back or off. We didn't have any Standard licenses. I became the license police out of necessity  BarryNorthey_2-1661115306000.png
