Iso-distance to the outlet

Hello,

I am trying to find the areas with an iso-distance to the outlet (as in the attached image, graph (b)).

For example, for a distance between x1 and x2 pixel (or meter), it will generate the pixels in this range. And same between x2 and x3 .....

Any idea?
