Incorporating Solve Large OD Cost Matrix tool in python notebook within ArcGIS Pro

I'm looking to incorporate this tool with a python script I wrote within the ArcGIS built in python notebook. My problem is I have never done anything like this before and have no idea what I'm doing. I found this explanation in the above link

I'm really in a bind here. As I've said, I've never done anything like this before and was wondering if anyone here has done anything similar and could point me to resources to help me out? Thank you
