How to show scale number in layout while using histogram equalize

When I 'm using histogram equalizer (with Digital surface model's  data), and I need to make layout 's color scale  bar with more than 3 labels on the color scale bar. 
 If it not clear please watch my picture uploaded

And in layout page can show  label's like this 

and  This is what I need . (From other software but cannot made histogram equalizer)
