We are trying to import a DAE or 3DS file into ArcGIS pro.  While the import is bringing in the model as we expected, it's all coming in a single feature (multipatch).  We can't seem to control the symbology of the layers that handle floors, walls, etc...  Any tips?

If you have a chance, how were you able to import the .dae files?  I've read the documentation but been unable to make sense of it.

Basically, use a geoprocessing tool in ArcGIS Pro to convert the .dae file(s).

     Toolboxes -> 3D Analyst Tools -> Conversion -> From File -> Import 3D Files

Note: each converted file will be a multipatch in the designated feature class.

Did any of you ever solve the problem of all objects of a .dae file getting converted into one single feature (multipatch) instead of, e. g., each building in a separate (multipatch) feature (in the .dae-file, some structure with respect to different objects with different "geometry id"s is present)?
