How to create triangular grid with # points on polygon?

Hi all,

I have a polygon that I need to create a triangular grid of 40 points on top of. The 40 points have to be as equally spaced as possible (in a triangular grid) inside the polygon. How can I create that?

I use ArcGIS Pro 2.9.0, but can update to 3.0.0 if that is better.
