I added a layer via URL from ArcGIS's rest service so the layer doesn't have lat or long or address data in the attribute table. I want to add addresses on the attribute table. Is there a tool in ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS online that would do that?

Is it possible? I don't want to read tons of docs to get nothing out of them. I'm looking for a short answer from someone who has done it before.
