BACKGROUND: I am with the 60th GPC in Germany I have been trying to create a crowd source for to eventually act as a RFI Tracker and request form so that customers can go on and draw a polygon for where they want a map for and fill in the attributes for what their request is.
ISSUE: I created a stand alone table and a feature class that are connected and have the fields requried to fill in for each RFI. When I go to publish the feature class and table to the portal during the publishing process, it fails to publish service definition every single time.
NOTES:
I have tried uploading the table and feature class separately and still have no luck
I have tried zipping the GDB and adding it that was to the portal and publish it that way and no luck.
I have tried on multiple systems and no luck.
I have admin rights on the portal so it is not an issue with the rights.
Is there any other way to solve it without having separate table and shapefile or is there a better workflow to create a crowd source app for this purpose.
