We purchased the Data Interoperability extension. I've set the license on arc online to my user. Arc pro has been reinstalled to the current version. Every location I can view the status of the license shows that it's active and assigned. But when I open arc, the Data Interop button is grey.
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I have no idea what. Any suggestions?

valid install will show a folder here:
C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\Data Interoperability for ArcGIS Pro

I don't see anywhere to download it. On my.esri.com the only download is Pro and a license manager. On arc online I don't see an install either. I just assumed it was authorized once licensed. If that's all it is, great! But where do I download it?
