Custom Origin of grid not applying.

When I go into the properties of the graticule grad in a layout and try to change the custom origin the grid does not change. I am working with a scaled orthomosaic (see attached) and am trying to get the origin (0,0) to be at the bottom right of the orthomosaic, which means moving the origin a certain number of units (in this case feet) however many feet required to move it to the bottom right.

Can anyone provide some insight as to either why the origin is not moving, or if I am going about this worng.

Attached is a screenshot of the orthomosaic that is scaled in feet and using a state plane (feet) coordinate system. The orthomosaic was created and rotated in Agisoft Metashape and exported as a georeferenced TIFF with essentially an arbitrary origin assigned to it.

Hi!

So this is actually working as designed. The grid origin changes where the intervals start, but it doesn't change any of the values. So you can adjust where your interval starts (say 500 instead of 0) but the actual coordinates remain the same. If you want to change the coordinates you'll need to update the coordinate system, as outlined here https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/help/mapping/properties/define-a-new-coordinate-system.htm

Cheers,
