Hi there! I am trying to use the Esri Hydro Reference Overlay which I added to my map via ArcGIS Pro's Catalog > Portal > Living Atlas.
Unfortunately the overlay's features (such as rivers and labels) scale badly, appear blurred and oversized, not only on screen, but exported to PDF and printed too – do you know of ways to work around this issue?
Can I make a copy of the overlay and tweak the labels in way similar to the Vector Tile Style Editor?
Any suggestion highly appreciated!
